Key Responsibilities:
• Produce detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Convert rough sketches and design concepts into professional CAD drawings
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine designs and resolve technical issues
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation throughout project lifecycles
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and 3D visualizations when required
Requirements:
✅ Associate degree or certification in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or related field
✅ 3+ years experience in architectural drafting for residential/commercial projects
✅ Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Revit – BIM experience is a plus
✅ Strong understanding of construction methods and building systems
✅ Knowledge of local building codes and zoning regulations
✅ Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
